My first Hackathon this is! I am currently doing PP2 of the fullstack course at Code Institute. I am taking part because I wanted to get experience of working in a team. I decided I wanted to go into software development after completing a masters in physics.
Daniel Higginson
This is my first Hackathon. Despite finishing the Code Institute course a while ago, I have not taken part in a Hackathon before. I am a sci-fi nerd so when I saw the theme was Star Wars, the pull of the force was too strong to resist! When I’m not exploring the galaxy you can find me with my family enjoying nature here on Earth or building in our Minecraft realm.
Desislava Naydenova
I thrive on life, fueled by my love for learning and my passion for traveling. Participating in my first hackathon has been an exhilarating experience, and I’m eagerly anticipating the results. It’s incredibly fulfilling to face challenges head-on, collaborating with talented colleagues to conquer each obstacle and advance towards our goals.
Emma Lamont
My 4th hackathon this is! It’s great working with people and learning so much each time. I was a Science teacher for 10 years and spend most of my free time at the theatre or performing with amateur dramatics. Working with people brings me joy!
Kera Cudmore
Code Institute hackathon veteran - this is my 8th! Love meeting new people and learning with them on each hackathon 😊 When not hacking, you’ll either find me at my day job as a junior software developer at the Met Office learning about Python and AWS, sewing up a quilt or spending time with my family and English Bulldog.
Krishan Gharu
This is my first Hackathon and was excited to be working on a fun project with a talented team. I’ve been an E-Commerce Project Manager for the last 10 years I’m now looking to start my Developer journey, build on my Full-Stack skills and knowledge. My interests include the internet of things, all things digital. I love discovering new innovative tech, apps, and meeting new people. I am a movie buff, a gamer and have a wide taste in music.
Micah Francis
My first Hackathon this is! I joined because I wanted to do something challenging, that takes me out of my comfort zone. I have a financial background in people management and have a natural talent for developing others. My other interests include Exercising, Astrology/Numerology and watching Anime.
