Technologies Used
We utilised GitHub Projects kanban board for planning and tracking tickets.
Blender was utilised to amend and add to the 3D models in the Awareness section of the site and Google’s Model Viewer was used to allow us to use a lightweight, easy to display 3D model preview in the browser.

Challenges Faced
This was my first experience of a hackathon only two weeks into my Diploma, but my team were fantastic at pushing me just the right amount to keep me learning and trying to accomplish new tasks. They were always happy to jump on a call and talk through a concept if needed.
Learnings
This first hackathon experience was a real launch pad for deepening my understanding of HTML and CSS and collaborating within a team. I learnt how to fork a repository and create branches to work on features, create pull requests and how to review other team members code. I Learnt how to test the HTML, CSS and JavaScript of a website, along with why accessibility is so important for a website and how to accomplish this.
Project Timeline
This hackathon took place over a five day period.
